Vsee User Service Terms

These User Services Terms (hereinafter referred to as "These Terms") are a legal and valid agreement between the User and the Vsee Software Operator (hereinafter referred to as "Operator") regarding the use of the Vsee Video Player Software (hereinafter referred to as "This Software"). By downloading, installing, and using this Software, the User voluntarily accepts all the restrictions of these Terms, and voluntarily complies with all the terms contained in the Terms and the laws and regulations of the applicable jurisdiction. 1. Service Agreement and Scope

1.1 Acknowledgement of Agreement Validity

1.1.1 The User confirms that upon downloading, installing, starting, or using any feature of the Software, he has fully read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the full content of these Terms, which take effect immediately and are legally binding on both parties.

1.1.2 If the User does not agree to any content of these Terms, the User must immediately stop downloading, installing and using this Software, and does not have the right to enjoy all services provided by this Software.

1.2 Service Scope

1.2.1 These Terms apply to all end users worldwide who download, install, and use this Software, covering all eligible device scenarios such as mobile, tablet, etc.

1.2.2 These Terms restrict all core functions of this Software, including but not limited to all accompanying services such as video preview, video playback, folder creation, file classification management, directory editing, material organization, etc.

2. User Usage Qualification and Account Specifications

2.1 Usage Qualification Requirements

2.1.1 Users are required to be natural persons with full civil behavior ability, and minors are required to use the Software under the supervision, consent, and responsibility of their guardians throughout the process.

2.1.2 Users promise to use the Software in accordance with the laws and regulations of their region and country, and not to violate cross-border use or circumvent compliance restrictions in conducting related operations.

2.2 User Usage Standards

2.2.1 This Software is provided to Users for personal, non-commercial use by default, and Users are not allowed to use the Software functions for commercial profit, infringement propagation, illegal operation, and other related scenarios.

2.2.2 Users are required to retain their own rights to use the device, and are responsible for all consequences arising from the loss, loan, or theft of the device by others.

3. Content of the Software Service and Rights Description

3.1 Core Service Content

3.1.1 Operators provide users with basic services such as local video aggregation display, cover preview, ultra-fast playback, custom folder creation, directory renaming, directory deletion, and video asset classification collection.

3.1.2 Operators will continuously optimize software interactions, fix operational vulnerabilities, adapt to new device systems, and periodically iterate to update software features to improve the user experience.

3.2 Software Authorization

3.2.1 To ensure the proper operation of the Software, the User voluntarily authorizes this Software to read local video files and device storage permissions, only for the presentation and playback of materials, and without any private collection or upload of user privacy data.

3.2.2 All Device Permissions serve only the core functions of the Software, and the Operator does not exceed the Permissions to obtain, call, or store user device information and private file data.

4. User Behavior Prohibition

4.1 Unlawful Use Prohibited

4.1.1 Users are prohibited from using the Software to transmit, play back, store infringing rights, pornographic, violent, and illegal video content, or engage in conduct that violates common decency and laws and regulations.

4.1.2 Users are prohibited from performing operations such as reverse compilation, reverse decryption, tampering with source code, imitation copying, insertion of malicious programs, etc. that damage the Software system.

4.2 No Violation of Rights

4.2.1 Users are not allowed to use this Software Service to violate third-party copyright, portrait rights, privacy rights, and other legal interests. If infringement disputes arise, users will bear all legal liability and compensation responsibility independently.

4.2.2 Prohibiting batch scrubbing, malicious attacks on servers, interference with the normal operation of software, and malicious complaints of defamation of software, operators have the right to pursue relevant liability.

5. Intellectual Property Protection Terms

5.1 Software Intellectual Property Attribution

5.1.1 All intellectual property rights such as the source code, interface design, functional architecture, text identification, icon styles, and iteration schemes of this Software are the exclusive property of the operator.

5.1.2 This Condition does not grant Users any intellectual property rights for commercial use, secondary development, licensed transfer, or reproduction distribution, and Users enjoy only personal, non-commercial use of the Software.

5.2 User Content Rights

5.2.1 All video material stored locally by the User, the content of custom folders, intellectual property and ownership are the property of the User himself, and the operators do not enjoy any rights.

5.2.2 Operators are not liable for any collateral liability in all disputes arising from infringement of rights of user-owned materials and unlawful dissemination.

6. Service Changes, Pause, and Termination

6.1 Description of Service Changes

6.1.1 Operators have the right to optimize, adjust, add or streamline software functionality at any time based on product iterations, technical upgrades, and compliance requirements, without having to separately notify users in advance.

After the 6.1.2 functional adjustment, the Software Normal Use Rules remain valid, and users continue to use the updated service content as authorized.

6.2 Service Suspension and Termination

6.2.1 Operators may temporarily suspend some or all services due to system maintenance, server upgrades, network failures, irresistible forces, etc., without taking responsibility for user losses.

6.2.2 The operator has the right to unilaterally terminate the user's use rights and permanently prohibit the user from using the device in the event of unlawful use, breach of rights, malicious attack, etc.

7. Disclaimer and liability limitations

7.1 Basic Disclaimer Content

7.1.1 This Software is provided for service in its current technical state. The Operator makes no promises that the Software will be absolutely flawless, faultless, and uninterrupted, and will not be held responsible for transient service anomalies caused by technical problems.

7.1.2 The Operator assumes no liability for any damages caused by user failure of their own equipment, system compatibility issues, mishandling, or material damage.

7.2 Disclaimer for Indirect Losses

7.2.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for any indirect losses, derivative losses, loss of commercial profit and non-material losses.

7.2.2 Disputes and losses caused by third-party software, third-party links, and external materials are not related to the operating parties and are at the user's own risk.

8. Conditions Amendment and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Conditions Amendment Rules

8.1.1 The operator has the right to periodically modify these Service Terms, and the revised terms will be made public through in-software announcements, official channels, and will take effect immediately upon publication.

8.1.2 Users continue to use this Software, which means they accept the full content of the revised terms by default.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

8.2.1 When users have a dispute with the operator, prioritize communication and negotiation through the official contact email Developer.moan@gmail.com.

8.2.2 Disputes that have not resulted in negotiation will be resolved through friendly arbitration or judicial means in accordance with the Common International Business Rules and applicable laws of the user's location.

8.2.3 This provision is not exhaustive and is implemented in accordance with relevant general industry guidelines and applicable laws and regulations.
